Butterscotch Frosting - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. brown sugar
6 T. butter
1/3 c. milk
1 1/2 c. confectioners sugar
1/2 t. vanilla
1/4 t. salt
Preparation

Melt butter and brown sugar slowly. Add milk and boil for 2 minutes. Chill thoroughly. Add confectioners sugar. Beat at high speed with electric mixer until thick enough to spread.
