Merlot Roast Beef - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 to 4 lb. roast
    flour
    1 c. beef broth
    1 c. red Merlot wine
    1/2 c. water
    salt, pepper and garlic powder
    mushrooms (I use 1 box fresh mushrooms)
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0. The amounts on this are close. You can adjust according to your taste. Coat your roast in the flour, salt, pepper and garlic powder and then lightly brown both sides in oil.
