Fettuccine With Tuna Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 (16 oz.) pkg. fettucine noodles
    2 large red and/or yellow peppers
    1 large onion
    2 Tbsp. olive or salad oil
    1 bunch arugula (about 8 oz.) or 6 c. loosely packed spinach leaves
    1 tsp. chicken flavor instant bouillon
    1 (12 1/2 to 13 oz.) can tuna, drained and separated into chunks
    2 Tbsp. chopped pimento-stuffed olives
Preparation
    About 45 minutes before serving, prepare fettuccine as label directs.
