Mustard Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 tsp. butter
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1/3 c. water
    2/3 c. vinegar
    1 c. brown sugar
    2 Tbsp. dry mustard
    3 large eggs, beaten
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients and mix well.
    Cook in double boiler on medium heat until reaches desired thickness.
    Excellent on ham. Will keep indefinitely if refrigerated.
    Also makes a great pretzel dip.
