German Potato Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 med. potatoes, cook, set aside, peel and slice
6 slices bacon, fry until crisp and crumble
1/2 c. sugar
6 to 8 Tbsp. vinegar
2 Tbsp. water
1 1/2 Tbsp. flour
1 tsp. salt
Dash of pepper
1 sm. onion minced
Preparation

Mix bacon and other ingredients except for potatoes in bacon drippings. Cook for a few minutes. Pour over sliced potatoes in baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. This is good reheated also.
