Non-Fried Frittata - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 eggs
    1 1/2 c. vegetables, shredded or thinly sliced (onions, zucchini, broccoli, asparagus)
    1 1/2 c. olive oil
    parsley to taste
    salt and pepper to taste
    Parmesan to taste
Preparation
    Beat eggs.
    Add salt, pepper, Parmesan and vegetables.
    Pour batter into a round 9-inch oiled pan or 9 x 9-inch square pan. Bake in preheated oven at 375\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
    Serve warm or cold with parsley.
