Pineapple Cream Cheese Spread - cooking recipe

1/4 c. diced pineapple
2 Tbsp. finely chopped pecans
1 tsp. vanilla extract
Preparation

Combine all ingredients.
Stir well; refrigerate.
Serve on date nut or whole wheat bread.
