Apple-Cream-Crumble Pie - cooking recipe

crust for 1 pie shell
5 large baking apples (about 3 lb.), cored, peeled and sliced
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
2 Tbsp. flour
Preparation

Prepare pie crust.
Prepare apples and place in large bowl. Sprinkle with lemon juice.
Mix 1/2 cup sugar, 2 tablespoons flour and the nutmeg; sprinkle over apples, tossing to coat well.
Spoon into prepared shell.
