1 qt. vinegar
1 Tbsp. black pepper
3 cloves garlic, chopped
1 tsp. cloves
1 qt. water
1 Tbsp. red pepper
1 Tbsp. salt
3 bay leaves
1 tsp. allspice
salt meat in thin strips
celery
onion, cut in strips
garlic cloves
