Venison Roast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 to 20 lb. venison roast
    1 qt. vinegar
    1 Tbsp. black pepper
    3 cloves garlic, chopped
    1 tsp. cloves
    1 qt. water
    1 Tbsp. red pepper
    1 Tbsp. salt
    3 bay leaves
    1 tsp. allspice
    salt meat in thin strips
    celery
    onion, cut in strips
    garlic cloves
Preparation
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 3 to 4 hours.
