Beef Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground beef
    1 c. chopped onions
    3 c. milk
    1 1/2 c. Bisquick baking mix
    6 eggs
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    4 tomatoes, sliced
    2 c. shredded Cheddar or process American cheese
Preparation
    Heat oven to 400\u00b0.
    Grease container.
    Cook and stir beef and onion over medium heat until beef is brown; drain.
    Spread in container.
    Beat milk, baking mix, eggs, salt and pepper until smooth, 15 seconds in blender on high or 1 minute with hand beater. Pour into container.
    Bake 25 minutes.
    Top with tomatoes; sprinkle with cheese.
    Bake until knife inserted in center comes out clean, 5 to 8 minutes.
