Orange Beef - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. beef sirloin steak (cut 1-inch thick)
2 cloves garlic (minced)
2 tsp. grated fresh orange peel
2 Tbsp. soy sauce
2 Tbsp. orange juice
1 Tbsp. dry sherry
1 Tbsp. cornstarch
1 Tbsp. peanut or begetable oil
2 c. hot cooked rice
Orange slices for garnish
Preparation

Cut beef into 1/8-inch strips.
Toss with garlic and orange peel in medium bowl.
Set aside.
