Turkey Meat Loaf(Serves 4) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground turkey breast
    1 egg white
    1/2 c. oat bran
    3 Tbsp. ketchup
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1/2 tsp. Dijon mustard
    1/2 green pepper
    1/2 c. chopped onion (more if you like)
    1 large garlic clove, minced
    1/4 tsp. each sage, black pepper, celery salt and marjoram
    salt to taste
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together and from into a loaf.
    Bake for 1 1/4 hours at 350\u00b0, or until done.
    Serve with gravy made from skimmed turkey broth, if desired.
    Sauteed mushrooms may be added.
