Celery Almandine - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 Tbsp. butter
1/3 c. blanched almonds
4 c. diagonally sliced celery
1 chicken bouillon cube, crumbled
1 Tbsp. instant minced onion
1/2 tsp. sugar
1/8 tsp. garlic powder
1/8 tsp. ground ginger
Preparation

Melt butter in a large skillet over low heat. Saute almonds until lightly browned.
Add celery, chicken bouillon cube, instant minced onion, sugar, garlic powder and ground ginger.
Stir until mixed.
Cover and cook 10 minutes or until celery is tender-crisp.
