Ingredients

2 1/2 Tbsp. butter
2 1/2 Tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
pepper to taste
2 tsp. dry mustard
1 1/2 c. milk
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
Preparation

Melt butter.
Add flour, salt, pepper and mustard; mix well. Add milk gradually and cook until thick, stirring constantly.
Add lemon juice.
