Thai Fried Noodles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. rice noodles, cooked and drained
    3 Tbsp. oil
    3 cloves garlic, crushed
    2 eggs
    1 pkg. firm bean curd, diced
    4 oz. shrimp, pork or chicken
    1/2 Tbsp. pickled Chinese radish
    3 Tbsp. sugar
    2 Tbsp. fish sauce
    4 Tbsp. vinegar
    1/2 Tbsp. paprika
    2 Tbsp. chopped roasted peanuts
    6 oz. bean sprouts
    1/2 c. green onions, cut into 1-inch lengths
    1/2 tsp. ground chili
    1 fresh lime, sliced
Preparation
    Heat oil in a wok and saute the garlic and pickled radish. Add eggs and stir.
    Season with sugar, fish sauce, vinegar and paprika.
    Add meat, bean curd and noodles.
    Toss and cook for about 10 minutes.
    Then add green onions, ground chili, bean sprouts and peanuts.
    Remove from heat.
    Garnish with additional peanuts if desired and lime on the side.
