Cheeseburger Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. hamburger meat
    1/3 c. onion, chopped
    1 (10 oz.) can tomato soup
    1 c. peas
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    8 slices of Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Brown meat and onions and drain.
    Add tomato soup, peas, salt and pepper.
    Put mixture into a 1 1/2 qt. casserole dish.
    Cut cheese slices into 3/4-inch cubes and place on top of meat mixture. Bake at 425\u00b0 for 20 to 30 minutes.
