Mexican Corn Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. self-rising meal
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 small can cream-style corn
    1 large onion, chopped
    1 medium bell pepper, chopped
    1/2 c. salad oil
    1 scant tsp. salt
    1 c. grated cheese
    1 c. buttermilk
    2 eggs
Preparation
