Stir And Pat Biscuits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. wheat or unbleached flour
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1/4 tsp. soda
    1/3 c. vegetable oil
    2/3 c. buttermilk (or use plain milk plus 1 tsp. vinegar)
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Mix flour, baking powder, salt and soda in small bowl.
    Pour oil and buttermilk into a measuring cup.
    Do not stir.
    Add all at once to flour mixture and stir until mixture cleans sides of bowl and mounds into a ball.
    Pinch off walnut-sized ball and pat out flat onto greased pan.
    Bake 10 to 12 minutes at 475\u00b0.
    Makes 15 biscuits.
