Holiday Potato Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 lb. potatoes, peeled and quartered
1/2 c. margarine
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1 (2 oz.) jar diced pimentos, drained
1 small green pepper, chopped
1 bunch green onions, chopped
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
1/4 c. milk
1 tsp. salt
Preparation

Cook potatoes in water until tender.
Drain and mash.
Add butter and cream cheese; beat until smooth.
Stir in 1/2 cup cheese and next 6 ingredients.
Spoon in greased 11 x 7 x 1 1/2-inch baking dish and bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
Sprinkle with 1/2 cup cheese and bake 5 minutes.
