Kathy Levine'S Sweet And Sour Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces and breaded for frying
    2 lemons
    2 (13 oz.) cans pineapple chunks, drain and reserve juice
    1 c. white vinegar
    1 1/2 c. brown sugar
    1/2 c. soy sauce
    4 Tbsp. cornstarch
    12 mushrooms, sliced
    2 to 3 onions, quartered
    2 to 3 green peppers, quartered
Preparation
    Brown chicken, in T-Fal wok.
    Mix in separate saucepan brown sugar, vinegar, lemon juice, soy sauce, cornstarch.
    Cook until thickened.
    Add pineapple juice and enough water to make one quart; stir, add pineapple.
    Add mushrooms, green peppers, onions to mixture.
    Add the mixture to the chicken in ovenware baking pan. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
