Toasted Aromatic Pecans - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. pecan halves (1 lb.)
    1/4 c. butter
    1 tsp. or more of Angostura Bitters
    seasoned salt
Preparation
    Put pecans on a 13 x 9 baking sheet.
    Toast in a preheated 300\u00b0 oven for 20 minutes.
    Meanwhile, melt butter, add Bitters and 1 teaspoon seasoning salt.
    Pour mixture over pecans and stir; coating pecans evenly.
    Cook for 15 minutes longer.
    Add more seasoning salt if desired.
    Remove; spread out on paper towels to dry.
