Potato Wedges - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 potatoes
    1/2 c. oil
    2 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese, grated
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. garlic powder
    1/2 tsp. paprika
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    Season-All (optional)
Preparation
    Clean potatoes, leaving skin on. Cut into about 8 wedges each. Mix all ingredients together and dip each wedge into mixture. (May sprinkle with Season-All, if desired.) Lay in shallow pan and bake at 375\u00b0 for 45 minutes or until tender.
