Low-Fat Cajun Wedges - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    Russet potatoes
    Cajun seasoning or other seasoning, such as paprika
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
    Scrub potatoes under running water with soft vegetable brush; rinse.
    Dry well.
    (Do not peel).
    Line baking sheet with aluminum foil and spray with nonstick cooking spray.
    Cut potatoes in half lengthwise, then cut each half lengthwise into 3 wedges.
    Place potatoes, skin sides down, in single layer on prepared baking sheet.
    Spray potatoes lightly with cooking spray and sprinkle with seasoning.
    Bake 25 minutes or until browned and fork-tender.
    Garnish as desired.
    Serve immediately.
