Hamburger Pinwheels - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. onion, minced
    2 Tbsp. fat
    3/4 lb. ground beef
    1/3 c. milk
    1 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    1/3 c. cracker crumbs
    prepared biscuit mix
Preparation
    Fry onion in fat in covered saucepan for 5 minutes.
    Mix 2 tablespoons onion with all ingredients, except biscuit dough. Prepare biscuit mix; add remaining onion to biscuit flour.
    Roll dough into 12 x 9-inch rectangle.
    Spread with meat mixture.
    Form in to a log.
    Wet edges to seal.
    Cut into 12 slices.
    Place, cut side up, on greased baking sheet.
    Bake at 450\u00b0 for 20 minutes. Yield:
    6 servings.
