Pork Roast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. can fruit cocktail
    2 Tbsp. honey
    1 tsp. Italian dressing
    1/2 tsp. black pepper
    2 tsp. garlic powder
    1 large apple, peeled, cored and cut into 1/4-inch pieces
Preparation
    Marinate in fruit cocktail for 6 hours.
    Put apple slices over roast.
    Mix remaining ingredients together; simmer over low heat until liquified.
    Pour all ingredients over roast.
    Bake in a 325\u00b0 preheated oven, covered, 3 1/2 hours for 5 pound roast or 4 hours for 6 pound roast.
