Graham Cracker Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. shortening
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/4 c. flour
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
3/4 c. milk
1 c. brown sugar
3 beaten egg yolks
1/4 tsp. salt
24 graham crackers, crushed
3 stiffly beaten egg whites
Preparation

Cream shortening, vanilla and sugar.
Add egg yolks and beat. Add sifted dry ingredients alternately with cracker crumbs and milk.
Fold in egg whites and bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.\tCheck for doneness with toothpick.
