Ham And Corn Chowder - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 slices bacon, diced
    1 c. celery, sliced
    2 c. ham, cooked and diced
    3 c. milk
    salt and pepper
    2 onions, chopped
    27 oz. chicken broth
    1 1/2 c. whole kernel corn
    1 Tbsp. flour
    4 potatoes, diced
Preparation
    Fry bacon until crisp; add onion and celery; saute until golden.
    Sprinkle with flour.
    Stir in broth and potatoes.
    Simmer until potatoes are tender.
    Add corn, milk and ham.
    Simmer until it just starts to bubble; do not boil.
    Season with salt and pepper.
    (Even better the second day!)
