Potatoes Romanoffwestboro, Missouri - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 c. cooked, grated potatoes
    1 c. sour cream
    1 c. cottage cheese, liquified with 1/4 c. milk or half & half
    1/3 c. onion, chopped fine (little green onion in season)
    1 c. shredded cheddar cheese
    1 1/2 tsp. salt, pepper to taste and cheese and paprika
Preparation
    Cover and refrigerate several hours or overnight.
    Uncover and bake 30 to 40 minutes in a 350\u00b0 oven.
    Freezes well.
    Extend baking time when frozen.
