Pineapple Brunch Cakes(Taste Like Sweet Rolls From The Bakery) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1 egg
    1/4 tsp. vanilla
    1 (8 3/4 oz.) can crushed pineapple, well drained (3/4 c.)
    6 English muffins, split
    1/4 c. chopped pecans
Preparation
    In a small mixer bowl, combine cream cheese and sugar.
    Beat in egg and vanilla; stir in crushed pineapple.
    Split and toast English muffins; place on baking sheet.
    Spoon pineapple mixture atop, using about 1 1/2 tablespoons mixture for each.
    Sprinkle with chopped pecans.
    Bake in a 375\u00b0 oven for 6 to 8 minutes. Serve warm.
    Makes 6 servings.
