Linguine With Fresh Asparagus - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. asparagus
    3 Tbsp. grainy mustard
    3 Tbsp. olive oil
    1 onion, chopped
    1 clove garlic, minced
    pinch of thyme
    1 1/2 tsp. anchovy paste
    2 Tbsp. minced parsley
    1 lb. linguine
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Cook asparagus in a small amount of water in saucepan for 3 minutes.
    Drain; rinse under cold water.
    Combine mustard, olive oil, onion, garlic, thyme, anchovy paste and parsley in a bowl; mix well.
    Cook linguine according to package directions.
    Drain. Combine linguine with dressing and asparagus in a serving bowl. Season with salt and pepper.
    Serve warm or at room temperature. Serves 4.
