Ritz Cracker Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 egg whites
1 c. sugar
18 Ritz crackers or 20 Town House crackers
1 c. chopped pecans
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Preheat oven to 325\u00b0.
Mix eggs with mixer.
Add sugar slowly, until stiff.
Fold in crackers, pecans, baking powder and vanilla. Put in a buttered pie pan.
Bake for 35 to 40 minutes.
When cool, cover with Cool Whip.
