Oven Fried Fish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. fish
    1 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1/4 c. fine bread crumbs
    2 Tbsp. oleo, melted
    1 Tbsp. shredded orange peel
Preparation
    Divide fish into four servings.
    Place fish in single layer in sprayed baking dish with thin ends turned under.
    Brush fish with soy sauce.
    In small bowl, combine bread crumbs, oleo and orange peel; sprinkle over fish.
    Bake at 450\u00b0 for 4 to 6 minutes per 1/2-inch thickness.
