Cheese Fondue - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 lb. American cheese, cubed
1/2 lb. pimiento cheese
1/4 lb. Roquefort cheese, cubed
3 Tbsp. butter
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Preparation

Mix and cook all of these ingredients together over hot water. Work them into a smooth paste and whip them until fluffy.
Serve the fondue at once.
Goes great with melba toast.
Makes about 6 servings.
