Veal Or Chicken Parmesan - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. plain bread crumbs
    1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    1 tsp. dried oregano
    1 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    2 lb. veal cutlets or chicken breast (boneless)
    2 to 3 eggs, beaten
    1/2 to 3/4 c. oil (preferably olive)
    1 c. Rhine or dry white wine
Preparation
    In shallow bowl, combine bread crumbs, cheese, oregano, salt and pepper.
    Pound cutlets very thin.
    Dip cutlets in egg and coat with bread crumbs.
    Fry in 1/3 cup oil, adding oil as necessary. Keep warm in 150\u00b0 oven.
