Pepper Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. olive oil
    1 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1 Tbsp. soy sauce
    salt and pepper
    1 1/2 lb. sliced beef (thin strips)
    3 green peppers, sliced
    2 onions, sliced
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    2 Tbsp. water
Preparation
    Marinate beef in mixture of oil, cornstarch, soy sauce, salt and pepper for about an hour.
    Brown beef in wok or frypan.
    When browned, push beef to wok ledge.
    Wok onions and peppers in a small amount of oil until onions are browned.
    Mix cornstarch and water and add to vegetables.
    Return beef to wok.
    Cover and cook until desired tenderness.
    Serve over rice.
