Mom'S Noodles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2/3 c. flour
    1 egg
Preparation
    Use any multiples of this combination for the amount you need. Mix.
    Roll thin onto floured surface.
    Partially dry; cut into strips.
    Turn cut noodles over and finish drying.
    Do not use salt in dough for light, tender noodles.
