Raspberry Bars - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. sugar
    2 1/4 c. sifted flour
    dash of salt
    1 c. butter
    1 1/2 c. raspberry jam
Preparation
    Cream the sugar and butter; mix in flour and salt.
    Press 3/4 of mixture into an ungreased 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Warm jam in microwave and spread over base.
    Sprinkle remaining crumb mixture on top.
    Bake 40 minutes at 350\u00b0.
