Creamy Tuna Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 to 5 c. hot cooked noodles
    2 (6 1/2 oz.) cans tuna, drained
    1 (4 oz.) can mushroom stems and pieces, drained
    1 (2 oz.) can sliced pimentos, drained
    1 1/2 c. sour cream
    2/3 c. milk
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/4 c. dry bread crumbs
    1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    2 Tbsp. margarine or butter, melted
    chopped fresh parsley
Preparation
    Mix noodles, tuna, mushrooms, pimentos, sour cream, milk, salt and pepper in 2-quart container.
    Cover loosely and microwave on Medium (50%) for 10 minutes; stir.
    Mix bread crumbs, cheese and margarine.
    Sprinkle evenly over tuna mixture.
    Microwave uncovered 4 to 7 minutes longer or until hot and bubbly.
    Sprinkle with parsley.
