Refrigerator Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. boiling water
    1/2 c. plus 1 tsp. sugar
    1 Tbsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. butter
    2 pkg. yeast
    2 eggs, beaten
    6 to 8 c. Martha White plain flour (they won't do as good if you don't use Martha White)
Preparation
    Mix boiling water, 1/2 cup sugar and salt with butter.
    Cool to lukewarm.
    Soften yeast in 1/4 cup warm water and add 1 teaspoon sugar to yeast.
    Stir yeast mixture into water and sugar and salt mixture.
    Add eggs and mix well.
    Add flour and beat thoroughly.
    Brush top with some melted butter.
    Cover tightly and store in refrigerator until next day.
    Roll out and allow to raise until doubled.
    Bake at 450\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes.
