Cranberry Mold - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. raspberry jello
1 c. boiling water
3/4 c. sugar
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 Tbsp. plain gelatin, dissolved in 1 c. pineapple juice, then melted over hot water
1 c. ground raw cranberries
1 orange and rind, ground fine
1 c. crushed pineapple, drained
1 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. chopped pecans
Preparation

Dissolve jello in boiling water; add sugar, lemon juice and pineapple-gelatin mixture.
Stir until blended.
Chill until partially set; add remaining ingredients.
Pour into ring mold. Chill until firm.
