Mexican Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    1 large onion, chopped fine
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 can enchilada sauce (mild)
    1 large can Carnation milk
    1 small can jalapeno chili peppers, chopped
    1 lb. Velveeta cheese, cubed
    18 corn tortillas
Preparation
    Saute together ground beef and onion.
    Add next 6 ingredients. Cut tortillas into fourths or halves.
    Line the bottom of a greased casserole pan with layer of sauce, then a layer of tortillas, then sauce, then tortillas, until you have used all tortillas.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 45 minutes.
    Makes 1 large or 2 small casseroles.
    Let set in the refrigerator overnight before baking.
