Ingredients

1 sliced onion
2 cloves garlic, minced
3 Tbsp. olive oil
2 tomatoes, chopped
1 bell pepper, sliced
8 oz. crumbled Feta cheese
1 (6 oz.) jar marinated artichoke hearts, chopped with marinade
1 lb. fettuccine, cooked
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation

Saute onion, garlic and green pepper in oil until softened. Add tomatoes and cook 4 minutes. Toss remaining ingredients.
Add salt and pepper to taste.
Serves 4.
