Ham And Cheese Quiche - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. shredded Swiss cheese
2 Tbsp. flour
1 1/2 c. half and half
4 eggs
3/4 c. cooked ham
1/4 tsp. salt
dash of pepper
deep dish pastry shell, uncooked
Preparation

Toss cheese and flour.
Add half and half, eggs, ham and seasonings; mix well.
Pour into pastry shell.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 55 to 60 minutes.
