Spinach Lasagna - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 pkg. lasagna noodles
2 pkg. (10 oz.) spinach or fresh spinach
2 jars spaghetti sauce (15 oz.)
1 (6 oz.) container cottage cheese
1 egg white
6 oz. cheese, sliced (Mozzarella)
Parmesan cheese
Preparation

Prepare lasagna according to directions and drain.
Prepare spinach according to directions; drain.
Place enough spaghetti sauce in bottom of 9 x 13-inch baking pan to cover.
Arrange one layer of lasagna in parallel strips on top of sauce.
Top lasagna with cooked spinach.
Arrange second layer of lasagna in parallel strips and top with a layer of sauce.
Next add cottage cheese mixed with egg white, then layer slices of Mozzarella cheese on top of cottage cheese mixture.
Add layer of lasagna and top with sauce and Parmesan cheese.
Bake in 350\u00b0 oven 30 minutes.
Let stand for 10 minutes before cutting.
