Johnny Marette - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. fresh lean pork, diced
    6 medium onions, cut fine
    2 Tbsp. shortening
    1 lb. egg noodles
    salt, pepper and paprika to taste
    1 can cream of tomato soup
    1 can tomato juice
Preparation
    Fry pork and onions in shortening.
    Stir constantly.
    Boil egg noodles in salt water; drain.
    Add to pork and onion mixture.
    Add remaining ingredients.
    Turn into baking dish and sprinkle with cheese.
    Bake in moderate oven for about an hour.
