Fried Cauliflower - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 head cauliflower
    1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
    1/4 c. cracker crumbs
    dash of garlic salt
    1/2 cube butter
Preparation
    Break cauliflower into medium size pieces; par boil (about 2 minutes).
    Take out of boiling water; run cold water over cauliflower.
    Let excess water drain off.
    Mix in a bowl Parmesan cheese and cracker crumbs.
    Roll cauliflower in mixture.
    Melt butter in frypan and cook on low until golden brown.
