Steak Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 onion, chopped
    3 cubes beef bouillon (with 3 c. hot water or 1 can beef bouillon)
    1 can mushrooms
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    2 Tbsp. flour
    salt to taste
    pepper to taste
    garlic seasoning to taste
    a little butter (for browning onion)
    1/4 c. red wine
Preparation
    In a skillet, brown chopped onion in a little butter.
    Add beef bouillon.
    Simmer.
    Add garlic seasoning, salt, pepper and drained mushrooms.
    Add Worcestershire sauce.
    Add flour (the old-fashioned way:
    add some hot liquid from skillet to the flour in a cup; when flour and liquid are a thin and smooth consistency, add to skillet mixture).
    Add red wine.
    Makes 2 to 3 cups of sauce, enough for 8 steaks.
