Buttermilk Cornbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. Pioneer buttermilk baking mix
    3/4 c. Aunt Jemima white corn meal
    1 egg
    1 c. buttermilk
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together, beating vigorously until well mixed.
    Pour batter into hot pan sprayed with original Pam.
    (Heat Pam sprayed pan in 450\u00b0 oven for 3 minutes.) Use square pan (8 x 8 x 2-inches).
    Bake in hot oven at 450\u00b0, preheated, for 30 to 35 minutes or until golden brown.
    Serves 12.
