Hungarian Goulash - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Tbsp. margarine
    6 medium onions, thinly sliced
    2 lb. beef cubes (1 inch cut)
    1/4 c. paprika
    1 tsp. salt
    8 oz. sour cream
    4 c. buttered noodles
Preparation
    Over medium heat in hot margarine cook onions until lightly browned.
    Add meat, paprika and salt.
    Reduce heat, cover and simmer 1 1/2 to 2 hours, until meat is fork-tender.
    Stir in sour cream; heat through (do not boil).
    Serve over hot noodles.
