Okra-Corn-Tomato Vinaigrette - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. fresh okra
    3 ears fresh corn
    Vinaigrette Dressing
    2 large tomatoes, peeled and chopped
    Boston lettuce leaves
Preparation
    Wash okra; blanch in 2 cups boiling water 1 minute or until crisp-tender.
    Drain and rinse with cold water; cool.
    Remove and discard ends.
    Cut okra into 1/2 inch slices.
